Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because each decal is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help.
- Shipping Damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
- Cancellations: We can accept cancellations within 3 business days of purchase unless production has started. Orders delayed on our end may be cancelled at any time before shipment.
