Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Beyond Wraps, each decal is custom pre-cut to order. Because of the unique nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business. By placing an order with Beyond Wraps, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Beyond Wraps will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately at support@beyondwraps.com so we can resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at support@beyondwraps.com within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the nature of our product and the potential for damage if mishandled or improperly stored, contact must be made within the stated timeframe after delivery. You must send photos of any damage.

If the package or product was damaged due to a third-party delivery service (e.g., USPS or UPS), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Your message must include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the outer packaging, showing any visible damage 
  • A photo of the shipping label (including tracking number) 
  • A photo showing the inner packaging (how the item was packed inside)

We cannot refund or replace a product damaged by a third-party deliverer without receiving proof of damage within the 48-hour window. All packages are insured, and we will submit a claim with USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping service you selected at checkout.

There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after the product is installed.

Cancellation Policy

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Within 3 Business Days: You may request a cancellation within three (3) business days of placing your order for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.
  • After 3 Business Days: We cannot guarantee cancellations after three (3) business days, as your order may have already entered production. In such cases, your order will proceed as scheduled, and this Return/Refund Policy will apply.
  • Delays on Our End: If your order experiences a significant delay due to our processing or production, you may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

How to Request a Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@beyondwraps.com with your order number in the subject line. Cancellations are not valid unless confirmed in writing by Beyond Wraps.
