All orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.Orders placed after 12 pm (PST) are treated as if they came in the next business day.This does not mean your order ships right after you have received a confirmation email.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because each decal is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help.
• Shipping Damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
• Cancellations: We can accept cancellations within 3 business days of purchase unless production has started. Orders delayed on our end may be cancelled at any time before shipment.
